Communicative tool is a tool used to share or exchange information, ideas, thoughts between individuals or groups. These tools help people communicate effectively through verbally, non-verbally, visually, or through written language.


Telegram has become one of the fastest, secure & most flexible communication app for personal & professional matters respectively. I keep in touch with friends, family and colleagues on Telegram both on one-to-one basis and in group chats. I can send and also forward messages, documents, images, videos, and voice notes. I also use Telegram to create groups for educational purposes by bringing together students and teachers in one platform for easy communication and collaboration. We can create groups by firstly, open the Telegram app and tap on the "New Group" option. Then add members and give the group a name related to the subject or class. Once the group is created, we use it to share study materials, class updates, homework assignments, and helpful resources like videos and links. It can also carry out group assignments which encourage group discussions to promote peer learning and provide support outside of class hours.



From a teaching and learning perspective, Telegram has been demonstrated to be a very effective tool. We use it to keep the communication open between tutors and students and they can update their learning reminders, resources including notes, videos, assignments and links to relevant material in class groups assignments. Other files like PDFs, PowerPoints, etc. are easy to handle in Telegram and it is effective because it keeps everyone updated in real time and creates a collaborative learning environment. Students can ask questions anytime, share ideas, and discuss assignments without having to meet in real which also reduces delays in communication and makes learning more interactive, especially outside classroom hours.

Also, I utilize some of the features such as polls and quiz options for quick decision making or feedback on a lesson. The ability to pin messages facilitates emphasis on key content, while voice messages and video sharing is useful to explain complex topic more personal and clear way, which also saves time. So, using Telegram for educational purposes is an effective way to enhance communication, share resources and support collaborative learning
