Constructive Tool Recently, I became more familiar with using Google Classroom, and I have come to truly appreciate its potential in transforming the teaching and learning experience. As an aspiring educator, I can confidently say that Google Classroom is one of the most effective digital tools available to support instruction, enhance student engagement, and simplify educational workflows.   One of the most valuable features of Google Classroom is its ability to centralize all classroom activities. From posting lessons, assignments, and announcements to facilitating discussions and sharing resources. It fosters a student-centered and co-constructive learning environment. It encourages learners to take ownership of their learning through interactive activities, real-time feedback, and peer collaboration.   Communicative Tool Communicative tool is a tool used to share or exchange information, ideas, thoughts between individuals or groups. These tools help people communicate effectively through   verbally, non-verbally, visually, or through written language. Telegram has become one of the fastest, secure & most flexible communication app for personal & professional matters respectively. I keep in touch with friends, family and colleagues on Telegram both on one-to-one basis and in group chats. I can send and also forward messages, documents, images, videos, and voice notes. Y ouTube is a great tool that can be used to make learning and teaching more fun, engaging and productive. It has millions of videos on different topics, and majority of them are educational. As a teacher we can use these videos in the classroom to make lessons more comprehensible for students. Sometimes, it is hard to explain certain things using books or words alone. For example, science experiments, the process of water cycle, or how machines operate are more understandable when students view YouTube videos. YouTube provides good images and animations that allow learning to be more fun and memorable. It also helps students learn independently. Like sometimes we can give t...

INTRODUCTION

Hello everyone, I am a trainee teacher at Paro College of Education who finds joy in shaping young minds while learning about myself too. My journey as a trainee so far taught me that teaching is not just about imparting knowledge but also about continues learning. Every day present new challenges and insights whether from tutors, friends or self-reflection, and I am grateful for that.my love for reading takes me into different worlds, while watching dramas allows me to experience a variety of emotions and cultures.  I am born in March which makes me a Pisces who possess a unique blend of strength and weakness that shape who I am. My compassionate nature helps me connect deeply with my close ones. However, my emotional nature can sometimes overwhelm me, and I occasionally find myself drifting into escapism. Despite these challenges I stay strong and stay true to myself and people around me.
